I loved living at Brandon Oaks. My kids had alot of their school friends there also. It wasn't loud or trashy. I loved lounging at the pool as well. Never had a problem with the maintenance or management. The office went out of their way to help me move from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom when I seperated from the other half. I miss this place so much! Its the one place my kids could play outside without me worrying about it to much.

Im not sure what everyone is fussing about. Maybe its the way you approach the staff for assistance. My son and I have enjoyed a year living here. We have received the same treatment as we have given to the staff. Maintenance is excellant in fixing things properly. The office staff are all nice.

I love Brandon Oaks! Its a family atmosphere here, my kids love having all their schoolmates close by. Management is great, also. <P>

I lived there 5 years and loved it! The management staff was great. It was nice to live in a place where the management didn't change every other month. The maintenance guys were really nice. The apartments were a bit out dated but they always fixed anything I asked. One time I asked for my toilet to be checked and I came home with all new caulking on my tub and sink. That was a nice surprise. I've lived placed where I thought by paying double the rent that I would be happier and never have problems. I was wrong. My rent here was way less but the atmosphere portrayed by the staff is exactly what you get.
I miss Brandon Oaks!!
