Canyon Oaks Apartments have been praised for its good neighborhood and pet friendly community. Resident reviewers mentioned concerns regarding fires on the property and undesirable neighbors, though management is aware. Not far from San Pedro Avenue, Canyon Oaks is in a prime location and provides residents with many options for dining out, such as the Saltgrass Steak House, Sherlocks Baker Street Pub, and Bourbon Street Seafood Kitchen.
