I lived on this property for almost 1 year I've seen it when it was worst, its has come to my attention that the new owner's is addressing the problems. I've noticed that several kids (not including my (exclude) teenage son's they are inside studying). I seen these kids roaming aimlessly without their adult parents to over see their kids actions. I feel safe knowing that the owner(s) & staff have added a security company (texas law man security) to patrol the property that show me that they do care for our community & your safety.
Yes, I have roach problems as well but I take care of it myself ( we all have lived with roach problems at some time in our life the roaches been longer then you & I ) so get over it. I have no other problems to address.

I have been living here for almost four years and I love all the things that our new owners have done to the place. I feel safer now that our security gates always work. I like that we can invite our parents over and they see that we live in a nice looking place and don't have rough looking people hanging out at all times of the day and night. I like that hey have regular resident meetings and have lots of activities for us and our children. Our 10 o'clock curfew just needs to be inforced more forcefully.
