Apartment Review for Cinnamon Creek Apartments

When I moved into this apartment complex, it looked a little old but was promised that everything had been kept up and the apartments were in good condition. While somewhat true about the apartments being in generally good shape, if anything breaks (which is frequent) don't expect it to be fixed the first time (or third or fourth). I have pets and they have been asked to fix the gate (for the awesome porch we have) 5 times, it still blows open with the wind and has to be closed with such finess for it to ever stay closed. The gate is warped and a small dog could crawl under the gate, the wood is rotting and they will not replace it either. The front door had to be fixed twice because the first time they fixed the latch, they didn't do it correctly and after that the door wouldn't latch at all. The refrigerator has been replaced (with fridges from other units) three times. I have a fire ant colony or two in my wall, my neighbor has rats in their walls. All of these are because of poor maintenance practices. Holes not being plugged outside, cheap bug control people who do whatever they can to not cost the complex any money. The outdoor railings are falling apart on the steps (don't fall, the rails will give if you try to grab them). This complex is managed by the Lynd company, I would suggest to NEVER rent from the Lynd company - they don't put a dime into their properties!!! I am so sick of this apartment complex, even when I go to complain to management about more ants in the house, doors not closing - they close their office early (they close at 5pm) when I show up at like 4:50pm. I would NEVER live there again.
