Apartment Review for Lincoln Green

Terrible place to live, ground is shifting and nothing is straight in the apartments. Our phone lines never worked, washer and dryer barely worked, numerous floods from upstairs, next door, and our water heater outside. Leaky sink, moldy everything. Bugs. Bad management, terrible maintenance, disreputable tenants, no security, cheap appliances and fixtures, old nasty carpet, cracking walls and leaking air conditioner that ruined our wall and some of our furniture. If you do live here, do yourself a favor and invest in insurance because I guarantee you will make at least one water damage claim before your lease is up. <P>
