Apartment Review for Lincoln Green

I rented from Lincoln Green some time ago. I understand management has changed since I left, so I dont think my comments would suffice. Nevertheless, there is an eyesore just past the fancy flags "Welcoming" renters: if you walk just a few steps further you will see gutted-out complexes from an electrical fire a few months past. Looks worse than a war zone.
Hope they would spend some $$ fixing that up rather than put up fancy flags.
