I have been here for almost 4 years now and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. The management is fantastic. The repair staff is always accountable and reliable. Even when I have to put my 2 small dogs in a bedroom for the day so that they can get in and do repairs, they make sure that they do the repairs that day so I do not have to lock up my dogs more than one day. The noise is every now and then but usually does not last long. I have not yet been kept up at night because of the noise and I have seen many tenants come and go from the apartment above mine. If this is enough for you to move in, tell the office that Pat Gonzales recommended the complex and I can get $50 off my rent for recommending a friend. Thanks!!!!

I love my apartment! It's a roomy 2 bedroom with a LOT of closet space. They even let me bring my dog (I would not have moved in without her). She is a big husky and I had a hard time finding someplace that would rent to me. sure the Section 8 or bond properties would take me, but I wanted to know that I live in a good complex! My experience has been good so far. My apartment was clean and looked to be in good shape when I moved in. The office people are real nice and helpful. Know how you feel when you walk into somewhere and feel like they just want your money and arent concerned about you? Well that is what it felt like at all the other places I looked at EXCEPT Lincoln Green. Follow my advise, look beyond all the "nay-sayers" and give it a chance!

This apartment complex sucks! I didn't renew my lease this time!! Crime is on the rise also, even though they keep it quiet!
Quiet, Friendly Management, Nice Neighbors

I have lived here for five months and find the community to be a quiet working class community with a few entrepreneurs I am sure. Neighbors keep to themselves, but I get a sense that if there was an emergency, neighbors would help one another.
It has a "feel" of a single family residential community without the hastle of worrying about maintenance. An elementary school is right across the street and seconds away from NW Military Hwy where you'll find churches, a Michaels, HEB, gas stations, and restaurants.
Noise levels are minimal. Sometimes you may hear people talking in the parking lot, but not enough to be a bother. Loud music or noise from apartments, NEVER. The noise code is strictly enforced.
I spent about 30 minutes on the Internet looking for a Spiritual Retreat Center in San Antonio for an upcoming sabattical in February or March, then thought...what am I doing? I'll just stay here, set my own retreat schedule, schedule walks on the community walking trails, visit the fitness center during breaks and "unplug things" :)
A real nice place to live, and if you apply, mention Jacqueline Lee, so I will get $50 off my next month's rent for referring a friend.
