Apartment Review for Park At Presa Apartments

I have lived here for three years, rent started off cheap at around 340, for a 1 bedroom efficiency, now...rent went up to 450 and it is not worth it.

The staff just does not get it, they just want your money but are not willing to fix your stuff in a timely manner. They have not had the pool open for over 2 years....its San Antonio...and no pool...and night lights are always out...super dark, does not feel safe.

Enough is enough...they are making exterior updates...but the crappy updates are not worth the experience. I have asked them to fumigate and they never come, they closed the laundry room for two weeks for renovations only to have it reopen worst with broken windows.

Please do not rent these apartments, unless you don't mind having a cockroach infestation all over your apartment!
