Apartment Review for Park West

I have lived here for two years. My apartment was ruined from a leak from the apartment upstairs. When I reported it it took them an hour for maintenance to come check it out. They went upstairs to fix leak. I called the office to let them know I would be out of the apartment because it was still leaking and since I live in an efficiency with a newborn there was no where for me to go. Leak was in the kitchen, bathroom, & closet. They said they would fix my place. I called later that evening before my return and they said apartment was completed. When I came home the floor was a mess all muddy from maintenance tracking dirt all over. They repaired nothing. The next day I called the office and they had me down as completed. I ended waliing over there with my infant. Talked to the office manager and she was oblivious. I showed her pictures of the molded ceiling and she said that she would have maintenance repair that. Go to say all they did was paint over the mess. Thank God my lease is up in two months. Also the whole while this is going on they are asking me to renew my lease. Are they Crazy!!
