Apartment Review for Richland Trace

Richland Trace Apts have had 3 managers in a year and the current ladies are the worst. I wouldn't even know we had managers except I see them once a month when they gladly except the rent. The complex has a hoodlum theme where as long as your breathing you qualify to rent. If you like to be intimidated,see things around your apt continually broken and enjoy watching management do nothing, then Richland Trace is for you. Also, everyone pays a different rent so negotiate the best deal. Further, the tennis courts are in need of repair..basketball hoop is always broke. Bottomline is if you want to raise your kids to be gang members Richland Trace is for you. <P>
