Apartment Review for Richland Trace

The staff is condescending and constantly smoke outside of the complex.The carpets are absolutely disgusting, mine was not even cleaned prior to move in, there was fire damage above my fireplace, my AC leaked for two months straight in the summer and it took them over 7 business days to fix -- there is now water damage which I will probably be fined for EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT. There were drug dealers that lived below me who would throw trash over their balcony and Crystal (the main leasing person) didn't even check it out. My brand new car was keyed one week after I got it. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT LIVE HERE
