Apartment Review for Signature Ridge

This is a very stupid management I ever see in my rental history. There is no courtesy in management. The management is very cheepest mentality in collecting money like a Motel management hourly lease.
I signed on agreement for a year, and I request them to collect my Keys before a day to do some Prayer in early hours of my Lease start day. They said I have to collect
key on the day of my agreemnet start, otherwie I have to pay for one day. What they are going to do in oneday, are they are going to give rent on Hourly basis.

Prior to agreemnet they ask me all stupid documents even they aren?t authorized to verify my leagl documents.

I wouldn?t prefer for future residents to get into this apartments.
