Boy did we get roped into a mess at this place. The lobby looks nice, and the floors with the model apts. look nice. But that is where it ends. Our carpet in the hallway is a mess. The place stinks. What this place needs quick is a MANAGEMENT MAKEOVER!! Jennifer is attractive, and would probably be a great next door neighbor, but she is WAY, WAY out of her league as a manager.

As far as contacting corporate offices -- good luck. I don't think they are aware what a mess this place is, and what a mess it is becoming.

And what is up with the fire alarms going off on a regular basis at all hours of the day and night?? I wonder how much of my rent goes to pay the fire department for coming out on False Alarms.

This place is a major lawsuit waiting to happen.

Wife and I are out just as soon as we can . . . may even break lease.

RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!
