Too Expensive For What You Get

Rented: From 2005 To 2005

I broke my lease recently and am still paying rent while making house payments now. They will not bend. It was becoming a nightmare living there. In 2005 there were 55 fire dept visits, just as one example. Scary. I asked "why hasn't my unit been leased yet?" and the answer was "the rent is too high for what you get". Well DUH, then LOWER THE RENT....... No wonder people won't move in, it's too expensive for WHAT YOU GET
