Apartment Review for The Reserve

New condition, smaller bedrooms. College oriented. Party scenes every weekend. Security switched from about 6 security guards a night to 1...again, a better management staff is NEEDED! Maintenance guys were great and always helpful! Management on the other hand is ridiculous. They'll find anything to charge you for. Note: If anyone in your apartment has a pet, even if its not yours and you notify the office of it, be prepared to have to pay a cleaning fee when you move out for it anyway. The idiots at the management office don't care whose it was.
