Our Review for Timbermill Apartments
Located just 4 miles from the San Antonio International Airport, Timbermill Apartments is a gated community that offers affordable units. There is large assortment of eateries in close proximity including Chicago’s Pizza, India Oven, Phoenix Chinese Cafe, and Schlotzsky’s. Silver Horn Golf club is less than 2 miles from the complex and further north is The Club at Sonterra, which offers facilities for golf, tennis, and swimming. Tenants have complained about neighborhood safety and pest infestations, but a 2010 review reports that a new office and maintenance staff have improved the quality of living in the community.

always say the part is in order and takes forever to get here! everytime i go into the office it never fails i see the same maintenance man setting there laughing and talking! then i find out that hes the lead!! WOW! Everytime i ask about the order they respond they let the lead know and when i ask him his answer is "the guys never told him" maybe he needs to come out of the office once and a while to ck on things!

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. At first we had a young crowd that moved in, late nite parties & lots of noise, We complained to the management and the tenants moved. Since then no problems at all. Very Nice to live. Highly Recommended. <P>

I have lived here for a year now and I really like it hear. Not too many probles but when I do have one they respone quickly. And it is in a good location. Close to a grocery store and a mall. I have no problems with other tenets al all either. All in all very friendly place to live.
