My year of living here has been miserable! The water gets turned off almost weekly. The office staff is very unprofessional. I have had a problem with ants and roaches. I requested pest service weekly, and they only showed up once. The porch door was vandalized. Maintenance came to “fix” it and boarded up one side, leaving the other side open. The ac drain in the shower sprayed rust water randomly. Once again, maintenance came to fix the problem, but simply caulked the hole to the drain. Mold grew on the wall from the dripping water. Guess what!? This still has yet to be fixed. I’m moving out at the end of this month and it can’t come soon enough. Save yourself the grief and keep looking!

You are so right and ive had alot of problems and rosemary in the office is very disrespectful
I agree. They are all very unprofessional especially Valerie. I overheard her yeliing at a tenant who was trying to explain her situation. Poor girl wasn't yelling just trying to explain and Valerie was talking down to her like she's better. She's fatter and uglier than her that's about it.
