"Cramming" is the practice of placing unauthorized, misleading, or deceptive charges on your utility bill. Crammers rely on confusing utility bills in an attempt to trick consumers into paying for services they did not authorize or receive, or that cost more than the consumer was led to believe. these people take advantage on retired military (veterans/elders) I have spoken to my congressman of who I know. these 2 veterans have been living here for four yrs and have a long file on these DECEPTIVE over due charges which are now going to be release to the public.this is no drama here but the truth and what happing here is this person is on a campaign with new comers.AND HE IS DRAGGING THEM IN TO IT, very unprofessional & they have no idea what is really going on...... AND IF THEY DO SHAME ON YOU!!! ,YOU HAVE A KID(S) WATCHING YOU AND ALSO SMELLING FUMES.***
we are going to expose this person(s). ***The apt manager has a motorcycle shop under apts and is very noisy and produces lots of smoke under apts and they have kids smelling these fumes.OH another thing AM NOT A PEDIFILE I dont know what he is saying to these new comers but I was told(from a new comer) about somebodys convertible cars top was shlashed so I checked the crime blog and there is no record of any crime of some sort.MANIPULATION!!A confidence trick or confidence game (also known as a bunko, con, flim flam, gaffle, grift, hustle, scam, scheme, or swindle) is an attempt to defraud a person or group by gaining their confidence.MAN THIS WHAT I GET FOR BEING NICE ABOUT THE SPURS GAME!
LET THE TRUTH BE KNOWN!!!!!!

I lived in this apartment for a year, and this was my worst renter experience. The price is cheap, but you barely even get your money's worth. Hardly no security existed. When we had to contact the landlord to take care of an issue, he fed us nothing but lies and made us feel like idiots or a burden. If you don't mind living in a dump for cheap, and having a rude landlord this place may be ok for you. The place will seem decent until you move in, then things will start to fall apart.

I would NOT reccomend these apartments. The landlord, has maked and breaked at least 10 appts with me, has not filled over 10 urgent work requests...Further, he is a religious bigot and mistreats disabled tenants.
{{{{{The landlord in his mid thirties has told different tenants that he's got two PhD's and a Master's degree, yet the guy can't even run this complex.}}}}}
I've had sewage water in my apartment, had the landlord scream and go off psycho, when I called cause the AC broke and it was 90 degrees in the apartment, further he desides when and where he'll inforce community rules, while Christians are allowed their religious expressions in windows and on doors, I was told in no uncertain terms "you can't have that out here" (at the same time that over 14 apts in a 40 unit complex had things posted on doors and windows.
Also having been promised a 20-30% cheaper utility because it is submetered I'm actually paying WAY more than with CPS, and the meter is being screwed with...I'm currently having the PUCT investigate David Zawlocki (the Landlord)
Also, being disabled,<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< this idiot refuses even simple accomodations and literally MOCKED me when I asked him for them. Also I worked at home, and he is responsible for me loosing my job...not to mention, I'm not the only tenant whom he has "gone off on" countless times.
{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Also, he quotes laws that don't even exist, powertrips his tenants...}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
Its a sad shame, its a wonderful complex (nice area in a surrounding area that's not so good) and has a lot of potential, but nothing will happen so long as he stays there.
