It's a mediocre apartment complex that takes advantage of the fact that it's located in The Woodlands to overcharge you on rent. That's to be expected, but the management company doesn't follow through on their part of the bargain. They refuse to do anything for residents. It's a shame because everyone that works on the property is great - they just have nobody with ethics behind them. If you're going to move in, make sure you see your actual apartment - they do a great job of making the buildings right around the office look good - the buildings in the back have no landscaping, sparse parking, and no attention.
