Review for Woodwind Village Apartments

We moved in quick fast in a hurry, thanks to Ike. They seemed really nice when we moved in until we started having problems. The appliances are ANCIENT and they don’t replace anything they just keep giving you old ones until they break and then they give you another old one. The foundation and railing isn’t stable. They are trying to charge us $400 for a cat that we have for a maximum of a month. It was my mothers and we took her when she went out of town 4 or 5 times in a 6 month period. Then they tried to charge us for a ton of other bogus charges. The Management is awful. There has been people jumped, robbed, my car was egged, & they don’t care they just send out letters. I had a man on my roof cleaning out the gutters and no one was told. I heard them walking around when I was home alone with my children. The gates are always left open. They don’t care they just want as much money as possible. I wouldn’t make my worst enemy live here!
