Pros:
1.Calm environment
2.Timely Maintenance
3.Pest Control
Cons:
1. Roaches are there. But very well controlled weekly pesticide control.
2. Old apartment - High electricity bill
3. Wooden cupboard - Kids might get pricked wooden flakes in kitchen
4. Noise control is poor.
