I leased this apartment online, sight unseen. The pictures they have online are pretty reperesentative of the actual place. I like the area alot. The girls in the office are so friendly. I work at Scott and White, so it is a perfect location. The mall is really close by too. I have only lived here for about4 months, but so far I think the place is GREAT!!! <P>

The electricity costs are high. $300-$450/month for the summer. If you rent here, do not get a top floor or afternoon sun facing apartment. Management can't seem to do anything about the high electric consumption rate. <P>
Management is responsive about repairs and they are friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a creek down the middle of the property, making it feel peaceful. <P>
