Rented: From 2006 To 2009

The change in manager and change in company has done me alot of good. Before I could never get a work order done and the old manager stayed hidden in the back, never to be seen unless you pissed her off. New manager seems a little young, too. He looks like a kid. But my requests are always finished within a day or two and it is alot more quiet since the manager walks the grounds at night.

Wish the cabinets were more updated and I can hear the neighbors through the floor.

I give it an 9 out of 10 for management and service; a 7 for appearance (shrubs are way too old, need to be replaced).
