In July 2011 it will make a year for me and my roommate... We never experienced any bad issuses that went on. The rent is good, the only things is that after our 6-month lease had expired and we wanted to renew they raised the price just a bit. So it makes us feel as if they don't want us. Also you can hear everything through the walls and the floor boards makes you sound like your 10 times fatter then what you are because they are not too stable at all. But my experience here is wonderful. Our refrigerator went out on us during the cold weather and the next day during the freezing cold they got us a new refrigerator with no grunts to it. The staff is wonderful and always on hand anytime and for anything. Love it here... too bad I have to move.

The change in manager and change in company has done me alot of good. Before I could never get a work order done and the old manager stayed hidden in the back, never to be seen unless you ****** her off. New manager seems a little young, too. He looks like a kid. But my requests are always finished within a day or two and it is alot more quiet since the manager walks the grounds at night.
Wish the cabinets were more updated and I can hear the neighbors through the floor.
I give it an 9 out of 10 for management and service; a 7 for appearance (shrubs are way too old, need to be replaced).

Ohmigosh! I was so surprised at the prices at The Glen. They were at least $30-40 a month less than everywhere else, and I really like the location.
I'm only a few blocks from the grocery store (H.E.B.) and close to work too (Scott & White Hospital).
I've had some awful apartment experiences in the past at other places here in town, but the staff at The Glen is great! They are really friendly and take care of my requests promptly.
Sometimes parking is a little tight, but considering price, location, and the great staff, overall I would give The Glen a strong 4 out of 5 stars.
