Review for Wildwood Apartments

Well i have lived at wildwood for almost a year and I am ready to get out! Since being here in November, our water/hot water has been shut off at least 12 times if not more. Some times it will be off for the whole weekend.
When I asked them if I could transfer to a bigger apartment they refused to let me unless i break the lease. Talked to the company manager at univesco 972-836-8000 ext 106 and she offered to let me move out and break the lease for the re-let fee. When I couldn't find anything at that moment, i waited until June but they went back on their offer. When I spoke to Laura the current wildwood manager about it she said "well you should've moved out then, sorry." and in a "too bad" attitude. Besides the water problems and recently my roof leaked in the rain and it took them 2 weeks to come out and work on it. I have friends that live here and have had the same problems and on top of that, mice and bugs. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
