Apartment Review for Timbermill

This place is a last resort--only if you can't find anything in your price range that is better. The service here is terrible. Don't bother putting in work orders, they never get filled. I put in a work order when I moved in for a problem with the sink, and they still haven't fixed it (I'm getting ready to move out). The appliances are junk--the oven heats to 500 degrees when it's set at 350 and the dishwasher doesn't really wash dishes. The paint job is pathetic at best--I don't think they wipe down the walls before painting them, I think they just paint over what is there... I think the thing that irritates me the most is that when they have a water problem (broken pipe, etc) and schedule someone to fix it, they don't bother to tell the residents. They just turn off the water for an indefinite amount of time. There is no way to plan around when the water is going to be off.
