I have read the ratings here and on other sites and was VERY nervous about what I heard. However, from the time I stepped into the office that first time my fears disappered. The ladies in the office were all very nice and helpful. They explained the new management policies and even gave me good reasons behind them. I've been here for a few months now and so far everything has been great. I love the RESV. Parking and can always find a spot and I had a work order that I called in and it got fixed by the next day. Bravo on the changes......IF thats how bad things were before. I pray you keep up the good work at least until after I leave. <P>
