Review for Tealwood Place Apartments

I lived at Tealwood for a year and was very unhappy with it the entire time. It is located in an unfavorable area. As a woman living alone I felt very unsafe coming home at night, especially since the street light outside of my building was out for 10 of the 12 months I lived there -- they never changed it. Also I had a maintenance emergency (water heater busted) and tried calling the office during office hours 5 times and they did not answer, called the maintenance emergency number and no answer. I had to drive to the office while the water heater was still gushing out water and when I got there they were sitting around talking. Upon moving out they billed me for bogus cleaning charges even though I had already had a cleaning service do it myself. I have a feeling they do that to a lot of people. Noise is also an issue....not only were there a lot kids running around being really loud, in my apartment it often sounded like there was someone in there because I could hear sounds from the apartments around me.
