Apartment Review for Country View

I've lived here for 2 yrs on a 1st floor apt, I must say the neighbors on top of me have been very loud and they're not even trying to, the place is just cheap like that. You can here loud foot steps when they're just walking. I feel like I have no privacy there cause every building is facing each other .There's no central heat/ac so it's hard to cook in the summer with just a little a/c unit in the apt. However the town is quiet and country and just 15 min from downtown Big D. Need a good car though cause Dart do not service this area.
