Review for Pinnacle Mountain View Apartments

I have had a few issues with my apartment... a bad smell in the carpet from a previous renter's pets, a broken washing machine, and blown fuses in the air conditioner. We've received great service, prompt and friendly every time we've had an issue. The only request that we have made that hasn't been resolved within 24 hours was a request to have the ceiling on our deck sprayed to remove urine from the dog of the person who rented the apartment above ours prior to our moving in. It was winter at the time of the request, and we were told it would be addressed as soon as the temperature was warmer. The amenities here are great. The gym area is well maintained and well equipped, the pool and hot tub are also great and were open within a week of memorial day weekend. The landscaping and upkeep of the grounds is wonderful... by far the best of any apartment complex in the area. The construction of the buildings is such that there is quite a bit of noise transferrence between units at times, but nothing unbearable. Perhaps they could have insulated better when they built the apartments, but we've had only a couple noise issues in the six months we've lived there. The office staff has been nothing but friendly and very helpful. They're very good at keeping residents posted and informed. When we have comlained about noise issues, the management has been very quick to address the issue with the offender. Clearfield police patrol the site regularly and most rules seem to be enforced pretty well. My biggest complaints are not with the facility or staff, but with other residents, some of whom, unfortunately, a little oblivious to the fact that they have neighbors. These incidents don't happen often, and seem to be handled by the management pretty quickly. My wife and I have lived in several apartment complexes, and we love it here. We have had issues, just like with any other apartment complex, but the managment here has been great at addressing them.
