Review for Tiburon Apartments

The old Tiburon Apartment manager understood that tenants deserve to be treated like human beings. Since the new management came in about a year ago, the place reminds me of "living in Holladay while different" .

One of the Tiburon Apartment landlords (Bishop H-l-m--) uses all manner of abuse to indirectly evict tenants whom he has for long labelled as "bringing down the neighbourhood".

He lets roofs fall in and ignores repairs. He does not treat unflushing and overflowing toilets as emergency. He thinks that he can go in and out of apartments without notice. He thinks signing notices is a "cool" thing but not official.

The list goes on.

He does not know that he has as much legal rights as do tenants who are willing to face and obey the law through the proper channels!
