Overcharged Moving Out Cleaning Fee

Rented: 2008 To 2009

Moving in was easy, but they have strict rules. We got in trouble for having a broom on our patio. And they are very dishonest about moving out cleaning fee. They charged us $80.00 ($25.00/hr)because our toilet and sink wasn't "shiny enough." They also charged us for "having pet urine stain all over the carpet" for $40.00 while our pet bunny is litter box trained and kept in the cage in the bathroom all the time. They're a bunch of liars. Be careful!
