I wrote top review which is 100% review. I totally regret what i did@!. Top review is not 100% true. REad my story carefully.
I moved out just last week then my wife called manager office to get deposit money back. Here is big! thing, Boss Manager "Betty", she said 'you massed up kitchen floor so we charge over $300' they don't want back our deposit money!!!. When we just moved in, they didn't clean carpet, so we asked 'when we move out, don't charge any money from our deposit'. She wrote down above detail in our contract which is 'we don't charge any cleaning fee'. BUT!!!!! Just yester day which is March 11, my wife called, then boss manager betty said " I don't remember that, I am busy!!" then hung up. Can you belive it? They just need you!!when you move in. after move you in, they never care! maintenance! at least you have ask them 3 times! that is minimum. I alwasy took the picture for problem then hung their office door!! that is the only way get fast maintenance. Golden village is for senior, so every thing is slow! don't expect fast something or don't expect manager's kind attitude after you sign your contract!!expecially when you have a plan to move out. I totally don't recommend this apartment!~
