This complex has a big, long contract for you to sign---there's more papers to sign than for buying a house---and the owners will stiff you for any and every penalty that they can.

If you're one day late on your rent, don't expect a phone call or reminder. They just fine you $70.00 and tape an eviction notice on your door. I would never live here again.
