Review for Springwood Apts. Apartments

Springwood has converted to low-income housing, which means even if you "qualify" you don't want to live there. Neighbors are a bunch of gang-member type drunken partyers, screaming like gorillas all night, cuttin' each other with bottles, bringing over cheap whores, etc. No security at night, insufficient lighting, playground has holes in the fence, with a huge vicious dog residing behind. The pool?? Forget it, you wouldn't want to swim there after you see the kind of unfriendly people using it. The laundry room? Filthy. The gym? Yah, a broken down treadmill with serious safety concerns. The manager? A little Dick, this putting it kindly.
