Review for Springwood Apts. Apartments

constant management turnover, never for the better. hot tub, pool, pool furniture/tables are FILTHY. weight room is a joke, public restroom is a nightmare, laundry room is so-so, when it's open/working. maintainence has an attitude. grounds workers & those hired to install/maintain AC, sprinklers etc throw cig butts everywhere & loudly discuss how their parole officers are a$$holes. many car break-ins & thefts of vehicles. we share a property line w/ a sex offender treatment center. recently converted to low income housing so things can only get worse. the planned renovations are very nice & the only positive thing here
