Review for Oakstone Apartments

Horrible management. I can't say enough bad things about Cindy's lack of professionalism and extreme callousness towards her tenants. I am in the military and have always paid my rent on time. While deployed a postdated check was cashed early and Cindy would not admit that it was the fault of the apartment and wanted to charge me for their nonsufficient funds fees. It took several calls to the corporate office to resolve. I was told that being a good tenant in the past had no weight in the current issue. Do not rent here. It just always seems to be dirty and some of the tenants are of very questionable character. I have witnessed numerous drug deals and evictions are quite common. Do NOT rent from this apartment. If I hadn't received orders my third year living in the apartment, I would have most definitely moved. I also sent a bad reference letter to the base housing office.
