Review for Oakstone Apartments

My husband and I ahve lived here for one year. Since we have been here there have been at least 3 empty apartments in our building (a sign of poor managment). Our neighbors below us were so rowdy and loud and managment had to be told several times about it before taking action. For the most part our appliances worked, however on 2 seperate occasions our washer and dryer would break down, or just run very poorly (very loud squeaks) and we would call at least 2 or 3 times. Sometimes it would take 2 1/2 weeks for our repairs to be carried out. Managment here is very poor- i have witnessed it not only first hand but my parents lived in the townhouses and witnessed it as well.
