Review for Quail Cove Apartments

The staff is courteous and helpful right up to the point when you sign your lease. Then they couldn't possibly care less that you live there. The property is very poorly maintained. Trash accumulates in and around building entry ways. Sometimes the trash sits for weeks. No one picks up after their dogs in the common areas. Cars are vandalized regularly. I have seen cars covered in egg and my car was keyed twice. The property manager just said to park your car in a more well-lit area. Every part of the parking lot is very poorly lit during the night and you only have one assigned parking spot. Its not like you have much choice. They "inspect" your apartment regularly for "maintenance issues." My dorm room at college was inspected fewer times over 4 years than what Quail Cove does in one year. Overall, I did NOT feel comfortable living there.
