Review for Quail Cove Apartments

The apartment was covered in cat urine and hair when we moved in. It wouldn't have even passed a health inspection. It took several attempts to finally recieve new carpet. The gym equipment is constantly broken due to vandelism and poor enforcement of rules, and tenants are punished by limiting the hours rather than improving security. The maintaince crew is incompentant. This past winter, they broke the hot tub replacing a light bulb. When they contract a job out, it is contracted to the cheapest and least qualified person availiable. I'm afraid to park my car here because of the conditions of their parking lot. I have already ruined a brand new set of tires because of the tar used to fill the cracks in the pavement. The staff only cares about you up to the point when you have signed a contract, to which point they claim they hold no legal responsibility for ANYTHING, including your satisfaction. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FRESH COAT OF PAINT! Living here was the worst experience in a apartment I have ever had!
