Review for Quail Cove Apartments

The owner has spent the ENTIRE summer painting the complex and it is still not done. The areas that are painted look like the work of a five-year-old. The front office has a nice new plasma 72" TV screen and my rent went up $60/mo this year. Oh and now you have to pay to use the fitness room which has limited hours and is VERY small.

The office staff drive around in golf carts on the property to show prospective residents around. They park where ever they feel like. They have parked in my parking spot forcing me to park on the opposite side of the lot.

This place allows pets but does not enforce any rules about cleaning up after dogs. When I first got here I was excited about the grassy areas right outside my unit. Now I avoid the grass whenever possible because there is dog poop everywhere.

The so-called "handy man" installed a dishwasher into my apartment because the old one had a problem with the door. When he tried to run the new one it leaked everywhere. I had to leave for work and was not able to watch him finish. When I can home, I found my salad blows under the sink catching the drips from the new hoses. I called the office and spoke to him and he said that was just temporary and that the leak was actually fixed. So I spent about 20 min cleaning up the water that he left behind and then started the dishwasher. It just leaked even more.
