The rent is only $650.00 per month... BECAUSE there are roaches everywhere, bed bug's, black mold. The police are here everyday for something dramatic. people party all night long, every single night. loud people screaming in the hallway, there is a playground that is covered in rotting food and glass 6 days a week. when you move in they lie and tell you water,trash and sewer are included in rent when in fact it's not.. you get billed about 3 months after moving in. High crime area. Don't rent here. may god be with you if you do.
