Great Place To Live

Rented: From 2000 To 2009

I ended up living here for 9 years, about 6 years longer than planned. It is a great place. Well kept up, prompt attention to maintenance issues, good value. The two major maintenance issues I had (dishwasher broke, garbage disposal died) were taken care of that day or the next. In both cases new appliances were installed. Far better service than any other apartment I've ever lived in! It is located at a convenient point to get to anyplace in the valley quickly. Price is middle of the road, it's neither the cheapest around nor the priciest, but you get a better place to live than you would at some newer/more expensive places. I'd highly recommend it. Mike S.
