Review for Braewood Apartments

This place has windows that don't fit - doors that are warped
The on-site management is a joke.. You can never get them when you need them, or they don't care
The rain gutters leak causing the basement apartments to flood
I have had my car vandalized 3 times, my son had his car broken into and several things broken in it for nothing (fun?)
I have found drug needles and pipes in parking lot
Loud parties all night long
the police do NOT patrol this apartment.. If you are a drug dealer you will fit right in
If you have young kids there is a playground where the older kids will teach them such things as peeing on trees, hitting, stealing, climbing on tenants cars, climbing on roofs, throwing rocks in windows, loud obnoxious behavior
You live with pet owners that don't pick up after their dogs, you live with theft of anything not locked up and half the time even locked items are stolen..
This is not a good place to live for famlies
oh.. heating in winter is $200.00 every month - if you think I exaggerate call Utah Questar gas and ask them.. It is a fact.. and if you use the gas fireplace that price will doubled.. I had mine sealed off.
Electricity is not as bad.. aprox $40 per month.. but the gas will kill you and the place is never really warm.. Probably because no insulation, poor windows, very old.. and spaces in door frames and under all kitchen, bathroom, laundry pipes, etc., directly to outside.. NO insulation whatsoever
I did not once see the owner of this place and I lived there almost 2 years
