Review for Hunters Woods Apartments

Hunters Woods charges as much to move out as they do to for a person to move in. There is no such thing as a deposit refund. Beware of nonrefundable deposit in lease where wording changes to fees--this means the apartments keep the money and none of the nonrefundable deposit is applied to the cleaning. So, when I moved in they guaranteed things would be fixed (never was), took months to repair some items and never repaired others. Shed leaked causing massive damage to contents (they accepted no liability). Living at Hunters Woods only costs.
