Review for Hunters Woods Apartments

This apartment was awful. It was filthy when we moved in. There was spaghetti sauce or something splattered on the backboards of the kitchen. The carpet was gross. There was a leak from the apartment above. Maintenance came and claimed it was fixed, but later it started growing mold in our apartment. They never came to fix it a second time, despite us calling.

They charged us all kinds of fees when we moved out, and claimed that the deposit we paid was actually the first months rent, when the first months rent was supposed to be free. But it was my first apartment, and I didn't get anything in writing or take pictures to prove that we left it in better condition than when we moved in. The management lied and claimed that we never called for maintenance, but at least we had cell phone records to prove that we had, in fact, called. Don't move into this place--it will seem like a good deal at first, but it's a bait and switch.
