save yourself the trouble and just checkin to a homeles-shelter old management sucked, new managment is worse, nothing really works all the grass areas are totally full of animal feces.

The insulation is crap, and the A/C is laughable at best the appliances are crap, I would rather get my own. location by the freeway can be good & bad. lots of scary people around. with the exception of the 1 bedroom apartments, you would be better off price-wise buying a condo.

the steps in almost all the stairways are aweful and a hazard get all your shots before moving here, any shots you might get before going to a third world country.

if ou are a police officer please move in everyone at james point needs your services (either for protection, or for relocation to smaller confined quarters)

if you are a non smoker ou might as well pickup the habbit, you're going to get enough of it anyways and they don't have seporate buildings.

don't plan on getting any sleep either, loud music 24/7 loud cars. and managment doesn't enforce any of it.
