Review for James Pointe Apartments

Our dyer's exhaust vent was full and needed to be cleaned out. Our dryer had burnt up, burnt the eletrical out and even caught dryer sheets on fire becasue the dryer could not get any heat to go outside of the apartment out of the vent. I called the managment to have them come and clean it. They said they would. They ended up not fixing it for 2 months from when I spoke with them in th first place. Something like that is a serious FIRE HAZARD. They brushed it right off and even lied to my face about when the people were supposed to clean it out. My biggest problem is that it wasn't enough for them to know that the whole buidling and everyone in it could have been very hurt, if our dryer would have started a fire. Any how many people don't realize that there dryer's arent working correctly and burning up in these apartments and not know why?? So ask yourself, do you really want to live here. I sure don't!
