Apartment Review for Preston Hollow Apartments

AC sounds like a freight truck and only cools the bathroom.The vent hangs down with only 1 screw and will not close.
The living room fan died and they refused to fix it until tomorrow. This morning I BEGGED them to make it a priority. They lie. The are mean and uncaring!

It is 81 degrees in this place. I explained that I am having bronchospams and my face is as red as a beet. Add this to New Years Day with NO heat for 14 hours! Is that worth $840 a month? Both times I asked them to put me in a hotel until repairs are made and they refused. Think twice before renting here. Police sirens squeel on weekends and I watched police hand cuff sever men recently.
The people downstairs wake me at 5:30 am with cigarette smoke and the office has had 9 complaints from me and they do nothing! Would you like living in an ashtray? Heartless and lying staff could not care less. The repairman this evening said he did not WANT to go to home depot to get a fan. He said his man was to have fixed it this am,, but I am living in ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not care.
