Apartment Review for Preston Hollow Apartments

Before we decided to rent, we asked if there was any complaints about the renter above with noise. We were told we would not have to worry they would take care of any problem. we have been living in ****. We have complained 4 times with no results. We are up all night long almost every night , this would explain the cranky attitude we have by now. The walking back and forth with heavy feet. Back and forth. Do not rent here. They will tell you anything to sign a contract and then you are doomed. Can not wait to get out of here. They also lied about a parking space so we have to walk the entire length of apartment to get to our door.
